🥇 Best Option — Dry Cleaning
Take your abaya to a trusted dry cleaner. This is the safest method to preserve premium Korean and Japanese fabrics, hand embroidery, and decorative details.
🤲 Alternative — Gentle Hand Wash
- Use lukewarm water (not hot, not cold)
- Add a small amount of mild shampoo or delicate fabric wash
- Soak for 5 minutes only, then rinse gently
- Do not rub — use light pressing motions only
- Rinse thoroughly until all soap is completely removed
💧 Drying
